The Tracking Service is only available to authorized government agencies who are handling COVID-19 pandemic. As an authorized government agency you may request for visit history of persons using mobile numbers registered in your country. You may also look up places and the related visit history as long as the place address is within your jurisdiction.

To use our tracking service, you must have an email in .gov domain. We may also conduct a verification to make sure your department is authorized office for COVID-19 tracking. Please note that NOVIDIC reserves the right to reject your request.
